PMP®第七版考纲的内容主要专注于三大领域:人员、过程、业务环境。其中人员领域占比42%,主要由14个任务组成,那么,项目管理人员领域的任务主要是什么呢?

PMP®考纲人员领域任务

Task1:Manage Conflict

任务1:管理冲突

·Interpret the source and stage of the conflict

·理解冲突的来源和所处的阶段

·Analyze the context for the conflict

·分析冲突的背景

·Evaluate/recommend/reconcile the appropriate conflict resolution solution

·评估/推荐/协调适当的冲突解决方案

Task2:Lead a team

任务2:领导团队

·Set a clear vision and mission

·设定清晰的愿景和使命

·Support diversity and inclusion(e.g.,behavior types,thought process)

·支持多样性和包容性,例如行为类型、思维过程(注:补充知识点)

·Value servant leadership (e.g.,relate the tenets of servant leadership to the team)
